Adding ringtones in SPB MS3

Hello.
How can i add ringtones to my personelized ringtones list where i chooce a ringtone for each contact?
i tried putting them as wma or mp3 in windows directory.
some work and somw not.....

the same for my alarm clock sound...

what shell i do?

is there a chance that the rom i flashed doesn't work well with the program?
