Hello all. I have looked through all of the ROM Reviews (very detailed!, thank you) and I don't see a perfect one for me.

You see most of the cool tweaks are not needed. I am developing a Wing for a client to run a custom VB.NET Compact Framework app, so I don't need most things on the phone.

Examples of what I don't need:
- the phone dialer
- bluetooth
- media player
- sms or mms
- adobe reader
- games
- most other baloney stuff they send on it.

I need:
- .net cf
- sql ce
- comm mgr for wifi and cell
- battery meter
- file mgr
- internet explorer (through file mgr)
- the basics

Is this something anyone is interested in helping with? I could create a job in odesk to pay for it. (My budget is rather small)

Thanks all.

This shouldn't be too complicated to accomplish. ^_^ The only problem is that my laptop is currently out of commission... but I would be glad to create one using my desktop.

Great! What is the best way to communicate my needs? Should I start with JustStable and list what to add/remove? Or can I start with the OEM system and list what to add/remove?

Either way. Just PM me or PM me for my AIM contact info.

Is this going to be the test ROM or the ROM that your client will run? (That will be what decides what we should start with.)
