Battery not charging via USB cable

Hi, I have O2 Xda Exec,G3, With Tomal 8.9 ROM installed my battery doesnt charge while its connected through USB cable.The indicater goes orange and the device shows charging but the battery dosent charge at all.It charges normally with the charger.What should I do? :( Please help.Thanks

Do you have USB charging enabled in Advanced Config?
