Here it is: a full kitchen for you to make your own WM6.1 ROM for HTC Hermes.
Using this kitchen is straightforward:
1. Run BuildOSPKGTool.exe.
2. Click BuildOS.
3. Click Load ROM.
4. Choose your desired packages, or load one of the predefined sets, using the Load pre-configurated ROMs option.
5. Make sure you don't have PL locale settings package selected, or you will end up with ROM preconfigured for Polish users :D
6. Make sure you have Execute "Create_Rom_***.bat" option checked. If you won't, you will have to manually run tools\Create_ROM_Make_All.bat script after BuildOS is finished.
7. Click Go.
8. At the procedure end, there will app popup, in which you can set your preferred PagePool.
9. Ready to flash ROM will be placed in Release folder.
Enjoy!

Thanks for this! I'll nab it and look through it. Possibly even make it the rom I run, or at least give me something to play with.

Man, I like the way you have everything laid out, I started tweaking it to give it the 'boog' touch. Looks to cook fine, now I just have to test it!

Most of the important tweaks are in "utak3r" folder - graphics, rgus, provxmls and so on :)

I saw that, I like it there.
The only thing I don't see is UC for the autorun and install of things, am I just overlooking it? Or do you not use it? I can always add it in.

No, I use Sashimi from bengalih :) it's a far better solution, than UC.
Although take a look into my main rgu - there should be somewhere a redirection for autorun's sdconfig to the sdcard.

So far this looks like a good base! I just have to figure out why it keeps the same background image when you change themes.
Thanks again for this!

So, with this tool, can I cook a rom in PT language?
If so where can I get the necessary files in PT?
Thanks

Yes you could port it over to Portuguese, but where to get the files I'm not sure. The language files for english are all of the 0409 folders.
Maybe someone with language porting knowledge will chime in.

I have no idea ;)
You need to replace all the 0409 folders with appropriate ones.

OK. I got the files 0816 for PTG from Microsoft.
Now, If want to use another ROm as base of my cooked PT ROM what do I do to the RU.nb file' I used a batch called NBHextrac.exe to extract files from nb file. I got 5 files:
00_MainSplash
00_MainSplash.nb
01_SubSplash
01_SubSplash.nb and
02_OS.nb.
In the cook folder the ROM files are
os.nb.payload
ExtROM.nb
OS.nb.extra
out.bin
romhdr.bin
Now I'm confused...

Now you should build your own kitchen, man... dump it and re-package. Why you can't use the base from this kitchen? The set of apps is of your choice, and it's highly optimized, you won't do that on your own.

I agree with utak3r, use this rom as a base, and replace all of the 0409 folder with the ones you acquired (at least that's the way I understand it).
It really is a nice base, and you can change anything you want. He has most all of the setting you would want to change located in the utak3r folder (open the rgu with notepad).
On a side note, utak3r, I really like this kitchen, I did change the tools to mine (well, the ones I am used to), and added lzx compression, very nice.
When I get it all booged up, I might have to release a "boog's darkvision"! haha
Here is a small preview of the dialer.

Thanks Fellows. I'll use the rom base that is in the utak3 files. Itīs the best way to go
