urgent problem!!please help

i've tried to unlock my htc niki100 with the software you shared,but something happened in the midle an now it says that it's missing a file....

i can't reach the definitions to do a hard reset,and the computer does not recognize it.... =/

Have you tried manually booting to boot loader and then flashing a stock ROM?
