i'm really confuce now,how to flash this kaiser.he add an application on 1st boot.try to flash but it fail.want to SID 1st,so far i see,must it get in on WM explorer,but as i say it cant get in off course.Being password.
i know i must flash it.but how??
use micro sd to flash hardspl (here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835) it was just loading screen without any movement.

but i cant syncron that,still didnt get in WM yet.activesync icon wasnt green yet.so that steps cant run.
so what i must to do???
