Wiki links DEAD?

Guys...

I'm trying to upgrade my XDA Exec to WM6 and I have downloaded a ROM I found here [20270] which I read was stable enough.

I read this thread that says:

2. Best way to use winRAR to unpack it to a folder
Which folder? On my desktop ? In the phone? If so where? Because at later steps he mentions that in boot mode the phone will auto detect the files but I don't see where do I have to extract them.


3. There are 3 ROMs in the package: ms_.nbf (ExtendedROM), nk.nbf (CE ROM), radio_.nbf (Radio ROM)
4. Select those (from between this 3 ROMs) which you don't want to install


How do I know which one don't I want to install?

You are very organised indeed but to tell you the truth I struggled a litlle bit to find the information I needed until I hit the WiKi pages :)
