in general i find the Microsoft builds faster and more stable. The HTC ones are rebuilds and ive found are a bit more fiddely

I saw that the folders office_dpi_96 and MediaOS_dpi_96_resh_240_resv_320 are missing. Use the one attached.

And there are office_0804 and office_0804_dpi_96 folders extra... btw the netcf folder is 2.0 not 3.5... suggestion dont add them and use 3.5 and for officedont add them and use other complete.

Mixing the provided NK from da_g edited by utaker... works flawless! 21MB on programs on fresh boot.

Kitchen is pretty eay to setup. You just need the files from the thread, and one official ROM. Unpack the official ROM into a folder, run the kitchen, ignore all the errors generated on first run, click dump nbh/nb/payload, point it to your unpacked ROM folder, and the kitchen is all setup in the 'dump' folder for modifying

yeah wtf are you supposed to do with this thing? i have a working XIP for this kitchen and its all spit up so i assume the SYS is the same but how i dont have a clue. its no fun when theres a new build to play with but you cant. why are there no instuctions in the kitchen thread for this. it just seems silly :mad:

i already have these files. its just working out how to split them in the kitchen. ie read the new thread so far. ive got a better idea now but it just seems like so much effort for somthing that should be so simple and i still dont have a clue

I intalled the ROM - 21820 Lite V23.5 in my Herm100... at the OS booting, there is a message:
MortScript V4.11b7...
.mscr and .mortrun extension registered...please run any .mscr/.mortrun file or read the manual.

Is there any fix for it?

Got the stripped AT&T rom loaded and then went to load the Black. 100% completed and phone rebooted, saw orange screen with HTC Smart Mobility and Touchflo 3D TAI Edition and it STOPS there.

Any idea what is going on with this?

UPDATE:: Got this flashed no problem. But I am wondering when I connect to data or phone just sitting there it just has "G" and not "3G". Any idea on this? It seems that the connection speed is ok. Video streaming is fine, etc.

I dig M2D and the 'black' theme's my favorite, at least for the winter. Here's the differences That stuck out to me going through the builds looking for the one for me, maybe it will save someone some time. Not mentioning any programs You can install/uninstall yourself, most else is either same or did not stick out to me. Earlier builds have iDialer, later have iContact. Various HTC dialers in all. I'll be updating with any further pertinent infos.
