WM 6.5 Beta Testing Expired - Urgent Assistance Required !!

Hi Guys,

I am in a serious fix ! I downloaded WM 6.5 ROM from this site about 3 months ago & installed it on my HTC TYTN II. It worked like a charm...until this Morning. It now says " This concludes the beta test of this software release." etc....I can't connect to my phone via USB thus I can't reload any Software onto it. I tried to Hard Reset...but the phone just restarts & goes back to this message...Is there any way of getting a ROM installed on this phone ? Any help will be greatly appreciated !

Try this Sir,

Make sure You have full battery capacity,
Press and hold camera button then connect Your Kaiser to PC,
It should bring You to bootloader then just flash it with any ROM,
Finish

I have same problem... ActiveSync doesn't work anymore so I can't get contacts and everything from phone... tpoday I will flash it with original HTC rom which work as must...

I don't remember name of ROM but I know when booting show some scary head and label with WM6.5. It have Titanium "home" plugin...

Im 70% that has been ROM builded by anryl's from THIS (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=492001) thread.
Which build? I don't remember...
I know that have:
-3 columns start meni
-without calculator
-Titanium "home plugin"
-iContacts

then I attempted to load TCPV6FULL wm 6.5 rom and it installed but will not even boot into the OS...such a pice of crap and this is the second crappy ROM I tried from that guy after 3 wm devices and no REAL improvements from M$...I think I'm going to go get a Palm Pre or Android Phone

Dude, seriously? I've heard nothing but complaints about Android. Only issue with TPCV6 I know of is quickGPS. Other than that it is fast, responsive, and loaded with some pretty good apps and customizations. V5.1 has no issues. Maybe you got a bad download, or forgot to flash a stock rom first, but his work is pretty good.

I'm using Anryl's Build 21501 6.5 with no problems. no time bomb as of yet, and if it does, oh well. I save all contacts to my SIM & don't save messages so it's no big deal. My room mate has a G1 and what does it do? It sits in his desk draw as he uses his new LG Incite WM cell (His Kaiser needs a new screen again).

Note to self, don't put your Kaiser in the same pocket as your wallet with metal buttons on it unless you want a cracked screen lol...

i have a AthineOS WWE 6.5 rom. Is 6.5 on beta test generally? Will all 6.5 roms expire after some time? would be helpful if someone could clarify as i also had no idea about this.

You have to use an NTBC ROM to be free of this kind of probs.

NTBC unofficially stands for No Time Bomb Certified.

The new ervius style kitchen checks it auto. on build ROM, but old style kitchen maybe doesn't. I would recommend asking your preferred cooker to upgrade to ervius new style kitchen, in order to produce free NTBC ROMs :cool:

Passing manually in bootloader mode then plug in PC you don't need ActiveSync you can flash a new ROM directly. Hoper that helps,

I just can't upgrade my htc8925 from wm6.1 to 6.5..
i tried a lot of stuff and i'm stuck and i'm asking for help (i have a paypal account if that helps..:) )

if I reset my mobile holding the camera button i see the 3 colors properly with this info:
KAIS1*0 MFG
SPL-1.0.OliPof
CPLD-8

not sure if that is correct or not.
