Htc niki error [294] invalid vender id

Hi Everyone, HTC TOUCH DUAL Splash screen is frozen and has 1% hardSPL and installing the original rom and the update Util'de OFF ERROR [294] INVALID error vender ID What do you suggest?

Invalid vendor ID tends to mean that you haven't CID unlocked it.if your trying to flash the official HTC ROM then you need to have bought the phone from HTC (rather than a carrier).
Try and use MTTY to boot up your device and then follow the guide for CID maybe?
