Problems installing new ROM

Hi all :)
I had problems when I was trying to install new ROM on my cellphone.
Every ROM I will try to install stops on 4% and show the message "rom is corrupted"
Is usual take this "problem" ? Or am I having bad luck ?

What kind of cellphone do you use?
Do you know that your Phone needs Hard-Spl ?

1- I use HTC P4351 (Atlas/Herald/Wing)
2- I don't know about Hard-SPL, I'm a really n00b

you will never get it to work if you dont do what EVERYONE else did.... SEARCH AND READ!!!

Everyone here is very helpful, unless you don't bother reading the stickies. Use the search option and read the guides. People have spent hours (and days) writing guides to help new users to flash roms... I'm not trying to sound like a dick, but if you cant take the time to read like all of us did, then no one is going to help and you're either going to brick your phone or never get past that 4%.

I'm search about my problems and I have sussess exchange my WM :)
Just find it odd all the roms I get the same problem happened.
