24 Hour clock to 12 Hour

ok so i soft reset my phone and it changed to a 24HOUR CLOCK by itself

so i went to reginaol settings and changed it to the 12 hour one, soft reseted but still 24

any help please

ALSO I DUNNO IF THIS MATTERED

im using manila 2d
