[Please help] : Blocked on bootloader

Hi,

Since a long time on xda-dev, but my 1st real post as I don't find any way to restart my P4350.

It's an unbranded herald which is stuck on the bootloader screen.
IPL 0.83.1001
SPL 5.04.0000 (maybe a wrong SPL)

When I run RUU, I can have INVALID MODEL ID (Error 244) or UPDATE ERROR (Error 270).

I cannot run Herald USPL for CID unlock, as the phone doesn't start.

What should I do ?
