Need Norwegian keyboard layout in cab file

Hi,
I have successfully updated my wizard to TNT 6.1 Rom and it works perfect! :)

However, norwegian keyboard in a cab file is hard to find; anybody got a copy? :p

If not; could you pls guide me to the registry thread I need to read in order to edit it myself?
