1-Go To http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Network_Code

2-Find Your Operator Code By Adding "MCC" & "MNC" Together.

-It Will Be Like:
"60201" For Mobinil Egypt.
"60202" For Vodafone Egypt.
"60203" For Etisalat Egypt.

3-Use Resco Registery Editor And Go To
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\RIL\Operator Names".

4-Find Your Operator Code Registery File And Open It.

5-Rename "String" Or "Value Data" To Any Name You Want.

6-If You Couldn't Find Your Operator Code Registery File Make New String Value And Set "Name" Or "Value Name" To Your Operator Code And Set "String" Or "Value Data" To Any Name You Want.

7-Soft Reset.

8-Enjoy...
