Skinnable scrollbars in WM5 or WM6

As many of you must be aware of, one of the WM6.5 additions were the skinnable scrollbars.

Is it possible to apply the same concept in WM5 or WM6?

I did search everywhere in the forum and google for this but I haven't found anything but resizing instructions.

There are no scrolbars in WINMO 5 or 6 but some programs have a today plugin also you can have second today screen

Also would be really nice that scrollbars can be moved to left side!!
That for left handed users like me would be a dream!!
