Bluetooth Problem

I Using WM 6.5 build 21501 Titanium Neo Shadow WWE ROM in Doopod 818Pro I was confused why the Bluetooth no File Transfer Service and Bluesoleil on my windows Show My Phone As Desktop and i scan another WM device(HTC touch Diomond), Bluesoleil Show The WM device As a smart phone.
Does anyone know this problem?
