Kinoma Play and ringtones

i purchased the full version of Kinoma Play a couple days ago, and now none of my ringtones will work....even going into Sounds and Notifications, i cant even preview them. Sent email to support, plus posted on their forum, all to no avail....would any of my fellow XDAers know of a solution here?

It's very likely that our support team responded within 24 hours, but it's also possible that an overachieving spam filter got in the way somewhere.
