Launch manager VGA default skin modification

Hi ,

I use Launch manager as program launcher and have modified the default VGA skin , to have 4 icons per row instead of 3 icons per row .
However , I still have a tiny problem , still don't know where in the skin file : I have a blank in the 2nd row .
Attached my humble contribution and see if someone can find the mistake in the skin file
