I recently came across Frank Prengel's (http://blogs.msdn.com/frankpr/archive/2009/06/24/build-a-better-ui-for-your-next-windows-mobile-app-with-these-cool-controls.aspx) post on 3rd Party UI for Windows Mobile and added it on to 1800PocketPC (http://www.1800pocketpc.com/2009/07/07/how-to-make-professional-looking-user-interface-for-your-next-windows-mobile-app-with-ease.html)

I am thinking having a list of these apps mentioned here on xda-developers will help a lot of developers to simplify the process of getting a great looking UI

1) Fluid – Windows Mobile 6.x Touch Controls (http://fluid.codeplex.com/)

Nice Post. Anyone else noticed all the nice interfaces are made by HTC or iPhone ripoffs?
