hay guys, i neeeeed your help, i bought kaiser through the internet few days ago from a guy in london, the phone has an Orange label at the back... i tried many times to upgrade it through the HTC website but it just keep telling me that my serial no is suitable for the upgrade or even downloading the Arabic-Addedd-Value software ... I REALLY NEED HELP... THANKS !!!
