Need help updating to SPL 1.22

I recently tried to update my dual to wm 6.1 custom ROM and just about every one of the update required radio 1.65 and SPL 1.22.... I already have radio 1.65 but for some reason I cannot update to SPL 1.22., I am now running SPL 0.95.0000., can someone help me or rather explain to me how to update correctly, thanks .

I already know that but, after doing some research I found that I have a Neon 300, yet my device still will not update to spl 1.22, I tried using Neon Hard SPL and still nothing happened, can someone please help me out with some advice ... thanks much appreciated :confused:
