phone riciption breaks on standby mode

I have this problem

When i put the phone in standby, after 30 seconds i from another phone and it rings online. BUT MY phone is not ringing . Whine i push the power MY phone Dos not Show that somebody have called me.

something happens when the device in standby mode it dose not show any call or sms

thin suddenly the screen comes on it rings and show the calling message

pleas your suggestions needed badly

my rom is wm 6.1
