Pocket PC Today Screen Plug-in with the .NET Compact Framework (C#)

Hello!

I want to try to write my own today screen using
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms839442.aspx

I see there:
"To use the ".NETCF Today Screen Plug-in Host", you must download and install the sample" but it`s not said from where I should download it.

Can somone say to me what should I install or download to have this sample ?
May be you provide me with a link if it`s possible.

most today items for 2003 works just fine with wm6 and up have you verified that it don't work with later versions ?

i am talking about the sample plug in for Vs 2003 mentioned on msdn link (above), i tried to install it, but it wont appear in my Vs 2008 New project dialog box, hope u got it right.
