OIST on Startup

Yea...Oist the text message tone program....I can not find the exe for it ANYWHERE and trustme i've been searching. yes I'm familiar with the procedure for getting applications to start up with your phone...but could someone PLEASE assist me with this one? thanks in advance. BIG THANKS.

On mine it's found under \Program Files\oldSAP\Oist\Oist.exe, hope you still need the information as this post is somewhat old.
