need help with htc dual (neon 300)!!

has anyone flashed the neon 300, if so with what ROM , I've been trying for weeks now to get mine running on custom ROM but just about every ROM required radio 1.65 which I already have and SPL 1.22 which for some reason I can't get on to my device I am now currently running SPL 0.95, can someone please help me out.

I myself have a Neon300 and have been able to flash different roms. Max has a couple roms that he has made that are quite awesome. Seth also has a couple.

Make sure your using the right hardspl found here
