So guys i find out that the intern recovery os not working correct.
Thats what i did:
Time ago i installed some Open touch rom, but after that my Herald stuck in Open Touch screen, than i flashed orig. HTC German Rom, an it stucks in HTC screen, now i flashed orig. VODAFONE WIN6.0 GER Rom and it stuck by the Vodafone logo.
Doing Hardreset, it asks in english, but the rom is german.
Can someone help me???
Specifications:
HERA10000
IPL: 4.14.0001
SPL: 4.14.0000
CID locked (VODAP102)
USB Connection to PC (XP) works, but no Activ Sync Connection, I tried several things (goldcard, orig. Rom), but nothing will change the probs.
Can I change the intern recovery OS??? Well i think this is corrupted.
Thanks for Helping answers, I will donate to the guy who can help me....

i´ve read since the last 5 days every post and thread of this forum about how to flash HTC Herald and so on, but didn´t found anything.
It is CID locked, couldn´t flash anymore. with goldcard methode it works but then it stocks in the splash screen.

You dont need Goldcard. Your SPL and IPL are 4.xx. You can HardSpl and flash any rom

Then throw it away and get an iphone. LOL
Make sure you read the directions and follow every step. If you skip anything it will not work

Put the phone into bootloader mode again and try to flash again. If it fails, create a gold card. You can't hardSPL unless windows mobile boots.
What were you flashing that you got a white screen? The HardSPL?
DoC is the hardware level Flash Memory. Don't mess with it.

to get the white screen i try to flash the stock rom, if vodafone screen was shown.
in bootloader mode i can flash only one rom, the stock rom...if this done...it stuck again in the vodafone screen...couldn´t create goldcard, because i have no second win mobile device, any other way to create a goldcard??
thx

Yes, try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=485364 but with the Herald instead of Dream.
Is the stock ROM a vodafone ROM?
If the stock ROM is flashing properly but not booting properly, it might be a hardware issue.
