I don't recall it always doing this, but recently for me it seems like as soon as I connect up USB to do a sync, some of my background apps go away. I've seen ArialBattery, Flexmail, even S2U2 just vanish. ArialBattery is the first one I notice since it's right on the screen all the time.
Anyone else seen this? Any way to make it stop doing it? It's pretty aggravating!
BTW, realized I should mention a soft reset doesn't matter, if I ActiveSync again the same thing happens.. And I generally have more than 30M of ram free, so I seriously doubt it's because I'm low on ram, etc..
