Can I customize colors in Messaging, etc.? For example when I want to have WHITE text on BLACK (grey) background??? Or different font? I saw that theme (messaging - white on black) on new Samsung S8000 (i think).

i think you cant but you must to see on tha cpr files! it could be change in some other apps

Oh, it was not S8000, but Omnia Pro B7610.. sorry

I really like environment like in B7610 (black backgr. and white (grey) text), how I can do that on my Kaiser???

mm i think you can using the cab below. Word of warning though, be careful how much you change at once, i once ended up with a black tool bar and black text making it impossible to select correct soft buttons to get back to normality!!! Soft reset is required after each change which is a ball ache but i would suggest doing one tweek at a time :D

Hopefully it will do what you want it to:D

edit : you cannot select which screen to alter ie messaging, if you change the colour of the background screen to black as your pic, it will apply this to all background screens......... just a word of warning :)
