6.5 Install with diamond

Okay so i assume i posted this in the wron forum but w.e.

When ever i try to flash the bootloader the load symbol on my diamond shows up spins a few times then stops and then my whole phone freezes and the software on my pc says ERROR [260]: Connection.

The first time i tryed i had to grant permission on my cell phone eversince that never came back....

please help

so read all that and have a better understanding but i tryed again diffrent ways but it still locks up my diamond and crashes the flashing
