Testing on original HTC Kaiser 130 with HardSPL 3.34 (Dave) and 1.71.09.01 radio. I never flash stock ROM and do HR only sometimes. Never had soft-hard reset issues.That’s all, now come to the important:

Now I'm working on the SPB Mobile Shell version (something like Lite?) and porting some packages from Topaz.

For 37MB .nbh I must remove Windows Media Player, Opera and other apps, leaving only Internet Explorer and base Windows (CHome maybe remove too? Who knows), I will try the best I can. We'll see tomorrow/the day after.

PS: Just arrived 8GB microSDHC, ordered 11 days ago on ebay for ~16$:D. 2GB was too small so I gave it grandpa.

I have got some thinking what should I leave in ultraclean.
I removed WMP, CHome, almost every app etc, got free ROM after HR to 168MB, but on the other side I added ArcSoft MMS, HTC TI drivers, OpenVG drivers, PPCPim Backup, Quick GPS, CommManager and tweaks. CommManager I can delete, SPB Mobile shell has it, but I'm thinking of IE:
There is few files I cannot delete, but few I can and they take some ROM too. Should I or do you want IE left there? You can still install Opera via PC connection/from SD card.

Heh strange thing happened, I removed tcp ipv6 support and got this score in spb benchmark:

Spb Benchmark index 667.07 (iPAQ 3650 scored 1000)
CPU index 1031.69 (iPAQ 3650 scored 1000)
File system index 369.85 (iPAQ 3650 scored 1000)
Graphics index 3066.38 (iPAQ 3650 scored 1000)

Normally I have CPU 50% higher and file system three times lower, got to find what has happened, because file system looks promising. Maybe some tweaks taken from TOPAZ?
(This score is without extendir of course.)

Since it was wish having it as ultraclean, I removed... few apps:D.

After HR:

This is so cleaned, so maybe something isn't working properly so just write and I'll fix it.

I know about issues with Opera 9.7 beta, but this is problem with many 6.5 ROMs I noticed, even with OpenVG drivers it isn't working. Use 9.5 instead, that works fine.
Just only install SPB Mobile Shell and use! Works flawlessly. (Remember to turn off and on screen, still haven't figured out.)

Titanium customizer should work fine.

The bar meter: Which version are you talking about? On the 001_naked I used with numbers inside "battery icon" and in the newer rounded bar with number inside, used in Topaz (which has bigger screen that makes it readable), I'm thinking of returning the old one, since it has bigger numbers (or modifying it if possible by myself).

Try older version? It does on many 6.5 ROMs and usually using older version (it was described in TCPElite/Ultimate X2 thread how to) works.

About the battery gauge, you can switch it via this app (need .NET CF probably 3.5? Don't know which I compiled it on) - copy it anywhere and run, you can switch between the new one (from Topaz) and classic one.

nitrogen don`t fit. can use only audio-manager\wmp becose of hands-free. (play controls works only with this players, damned HTC drivers)

In a few moments I will post special Android ROM, it is really small (31.5MB nbh) - removed almost everything unnescessary. ROM: 172MB, RAM: 71MB:D(but it doesn't care since it is for Android anyway). Just run haret from your SD card:D. You've never flashed so fast:D. You should be still able to send SMS and call from Windows, but I can't say I'm sure about it, it is really stripped. (hybrid 23006 and 23007)

Hello Ondraster, I really like your rom, you did a great job, fast :):), but i have a problem with Blackberry connect client software version 4.0.0.106. It installs well but when i reset my kaiser after the setup it gives an error message showing: Security service died unexpectedly. I can only click OK and then my device freezes. Do you have any idea, or does anyone else has any idea. I really need the Blackberry functionality on the Kaiser for my work.

This Android ROM is totally stripped WM from which you run HaRET that reboots to linux. Check this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=396782) for howto run linux.

Maybe I might try to cook in Haret and image, I'll see what it will do.

v0.2 beta (fe~ROM.004) almost done. Opera 9.7 works, Audiomanager works. Blueberry client I can't test since I don't have it.

Last part - tweak speed, Opera 9.7 is way faster thatn Portable IE, but still not what I expect. I should be done this night or on the tomorrow morning. Stay tuned!

You must install Opera 9.7 manually. After installation you still get about 140MB free ROM:D.

Added also Nitrogen and HTC AudioManager so play music as you want. Also I did some... many... few... I don't remember, I was doing it few days without writing any changelog, sorry.

Only "bug" is with Office in Start menu - sometimes there is shown icon.lnk and sometimes not, probably bug with latest WM build.

This is close to my ideal ROM, however two things would make it perfect:

* Remove or give an option to remove Audio Manager
* Include the 3G button version of the Comm Manager

1 Bug that I found. Although I can send file via bluetooth but I can't receive file via bluetooth. and the reason is. because the Beam.exe doesn't work.

OK, new version after many weeks out, updated SYS to 23016 and XIP to 23025, 101M version.


It is "beta" because I have to fix one thing - when you enter PIN, there were glitches in graphic and I haven't fixed it all - you had big overlapping images before, now you have tiny images lol:D.


PS: This build is with MEGA packages, but I'll probably go back since MEGA eats too much RAM.

No, there's reallly no update - I think there's quite enough chefs for WWE ROMs, so I stayed only at CSY ROMs. I might try doing something newer with 23088 or latest 28002, but it is just like CSYs - when I specify date, I never really make it till that day and usually takes much longer before I finish it.
