Can't connect to windows update

I currently have the HTC Tilt with AT&T running WM6.1. I unloaded AT&T's bloatware and after doing so the windows update can't connect. I keep getting an error saying to recheck my connection and device date and time, error 80072ee7. Everything else works fine, internet, mms, txt. Any ideas ?

Why bother? If everything else works fine, just leave it alone. I don't recall stories of anybody on ANY WM device ever getting an update. Microsoft just built the functionality in so if there was a vulnerability which affected a very large number of devices, and it was being exploited on a wide scale for malicious purposes, they would be able to put a stop to it. Most of the cooked ROMs I've used don't even include Windows Update in their settings panel.

OK thanks. The ROM I'm using is straight from the HTC web site, I just didn't allow the bloatware to install and hog up all of my memory
