[HELP]Registry Tweak for touch delay

Hi, today i see a registry tweak to change the pressure delay for WM6.5 from 45ms to 0 or another value.
It was in a post about an old cooked rom but i cant find it in my chronology, please help me!

OMG with a value of 0 and sensibility and pressure to 999999 work flawless! The sms menu was a pain, just like press on a message for about 1 second to open, now it's like with mobile 6.0!!!
