Diamond restarts

Hello!! Well, my diamond has a problem. Sometimes after the 40 seconds it restarts and doesn't turn off as it should. It does the same thing sometimes when I press the power button. I updated my rom from 1.37.405 to 1.93.405 but the problem didn't solve. Has anyone any ideas? Is it a hardware problem or a software and why it does it sometimes and not always? :confused: Thanks in advance!

Maybe a bad Battery.:confused: Mine would just shut of after I took the phone off active sync, or when I closed a program. It would only act like this sometimes, so I put a new Battery in it and this all stopped happening.

Its a sign saying DONT CHARGE ME WITH A NON HTC APPROVED CHARGER!

To stop that fully charge your batter with a original HTC Charger then leave it lying around for a week or two. Then should work fine or keep your new battery!

I charge my phone most times with the usb of my pc. Can this charge cause these problems? I will try though to fully charge it with the original charger and see what hapens..
