Dead diamond? please help

Hello. I bought HTC diamond branded by vodafone. I have some problems. I cant turn on phone. i cant turn into bootloader. when connect to USB or charger nothing happend. water indicator is OK. there is not water damage.

What i can do ? is there any way to flash it without Activesync connection ?

You could try SD card, but without bootloader that is still going to be a problem, as you need that to read the sd
