[Help] Universal hangs on splash screen

Hi there! Hours ago my pda just hangs on the splash screen (the one with an image showing water and an O2 logo). I can change the rom without problems, it installs, but never starts.. it it always stuck on that logo... I've tried the hard reset, a simple reset and nothing.... any help?
