I need a little help...

Hi guys, i will be needing some assistance to understand what is happening with my jasjar.

I download a tomal´s rom (tml wm65_90_23004_64mb)), followed the steps and got stucked on bootloader. I then used Uni exit bootloader. It worked, but now my jasjar only works if I don´t put any sim-card. Cause if I put one, it gets stuck again :(

Any ideas? i noticed in the device info that extrom is not there.

Something is not right here. Like i tried to reflash it again, and same happens :( it works without the simcard but not with him :( :(

its very odd actually... like i managed to do it like once with simcard on but after that its the same... it got stuck again

And what happens if you try with another sim?
or testing your sim into another device

well try to upgrade your radio rom if gsm is not working (if sim is not recognized). flash with another rom if device gets stuck

well extrom is there but it is locked... you need to unlock to see it....

Hi Rajiv, thanks for answering. Well my simcards work properly as i have tested them in other devices.

I flashed the Universal with an original wm5 rom now and it works well. So any ideas on what happened?

I flashed with Tomal wm65 rom and it only works without any simcard, otherwise it gets stucked in that first imate image. If i remove the simcard it works fine. (The rom is very cool by the way).

So what is the problem here? maybe my jasjar isn´t CID unlocled? or HSPL?

had this issue myself and that was the fix. my radio was the original factory one. not sure what yours is though.

Until that point on the image you showed youre going ok, then clicking on update...what happens?

Well it starts the update normally, everything goes well. But its the same as before, it will only work properly without a simcard on

Hi,

You need to upgrade your Radio ROM.

The one you have probably is not not compatible with WM6 and thats why your device hangs after installing WM6 with a SIM inserted.

The SIM upgrade is not included in the firmware upgrades you will find here. Look at the wiki for separate SIM upgrade files.

Problem solved :=) thanks everyone! I updated the radio rom to version 1.18 and it worked ehehe ;)

Now another little problem :)

After installing tomal's 6.5 rom and updating the radio rom to 1.18, now i can´t instal programs like opera mini. Any ideas why? or the solution?

Mmm. that´s strange
I have the same ROM and radio and I can install any app I want
Have you tried a hard reset?

Opera Mini is a Java application. You need to install a Java Virtual Machine to be able to install and run Opera Mini.
