first i ruun hardspl then flash rom english ok

now i need hardspl for this model version then flash rom english 100% ok

Are you sure that you are using the correct ROM. The one you have listed is only compatible with the Elf & not the Vogue. The Elf Rom will not work on a Vogue. Both phone are Touch's but different technologies.
