I don't like it, website name sucks. Hard to remember.

Uhhhh, the website has no name, it's just a test forum for me, Temporary Banner is there because it's a TEMPORARY banner.

first: get a topic (whats for that site???)... and create the theme according the central idea!

The theme's alright, but it doesn't really matter too much. When I first came to XDA, I thought to myself, "God, this place is hideous!" But then, as I used it more and more, I became more used to the theme, and now I'm kinda fond of it (it's still ugly though). If the text is visible and the site is easy to see (not too dark or light), don't worry much about the theme, because the content of the site is much more important than how it looks.
And on a side note, you really need to change your user avatar on your site, because that is really f**ked up.
