Ciao a tutti,

Grazie

Luca

Hello to all,

I upgraded my diamond several times with different rom "cooked" using wm6.5
possibly in ITA, but it is normal that the phone is much slower than the versions with the
wm6.1?

Then I saw various opinions on the radio version, which would be in terms of performance the
coupled miles spl + radio + rom?

Thank you

Luca

cosa intendi per lento?

wm6.5 isn't official and ask to yourself why HTC decides to doesn't put wm6.5 in to diamond2 and pro2... ;)

wm6.5 is dead before be born ..
HTC in fact for now install Android
use TF3d1/tf3d2 that is better in stability and speed

Slow ignition and launch TF3D, dall'accensione able to use the phone more than 2 minutes

Slow to operate, just try to move between applications, or in the same menu as you click to what you see click on it, selecting the command, also spend 3 / 4 seconds (always compared to 6.1.)

Yes, WM 6.5 is MUCH slower than the 6.1 Roms. Add to that the 6.5 is slower, not because of some increased funcionality, but mostly visual effects. Which makes it pretty useless.

My advice, stick with 6.1, unless you use your Diamond for parading around with the latest version or something.

I don't agree that WM6.5 is slower than WM6.1. I have WM6.5 using Lobsterdave ROM kitchen for sometime now and feel that it is quite smooth. In particular, I like the built-in WM6.5 kinetic scrolling. Light and sensitive. Now swiping the photos in TF3D2 Album is finally comparable to the Phone (you know which one) that has the capacitive screen. I would recommend Lobsterdave kitchen as you get to choose what you want into the phone.

I agree with you about "kinetic scrolling. Light and sensitive" but those factors aren't enough to choose wm6.5 as final OS. Naturally this is my point of view ;)
