Hello everyone,
Is there a possibility to get a HTC diagnostic tool? My service manual of my P4350 says u can test RAM and everything else with a diagnostic tool. But wich one? Thanks for help!

Copy this file to memory card and start phone in bootloader.
But If you dont know what you are doing, do not mess it up with your phone

I've at&t tilt (HTC 8925).

The problem is that my phone freezes at at&t splash screen. I've original at&t tilt ROM.

I thought of checking what is the problem and so I tried to copy this diagnostic file to sd card root directory and do as directed.

Unfortunately, It does recognize the that there is some file in the sd card but at the same time it gives a message "No Image File!" and gives the multicolor boot loader screen. It doesn't diagnos anything!

Is there any other file also needs to be copied to diagnos the issue?! Can anyone please guide me?

My problem is that I never took back up of contact and other phone memory data which is really very important so i can't afford to lose them with hardreset.

Please help me.
