how can i downgrade?

i upgraded my o2 xda exec from wimdows 5 to windows 6.1. but now the problem is i can not use my hardware keyboard and the buttons around it. so how can i fix this problem? or is there anywhere i can get a downgrade??

Try to hard reset before thinking to go back
then flash another rom and by last chance downgrade

i have tried to hard reset but with the keyboard not working... i can not even hard reset. any other solutions... please..

Very strange... can you enter in bootloader mode ??? if yes try to flash another rom...and see if use stable roms like tomal's 8.7 or 8.5... try hard resetting by going to settings and select "clearmemory" it should do a hard reset...:rolleyes::rolleyes:
