Is your PC telling the right time?

Yes and i turned off the automatically sinchronize with an internet server both phone and pc .

There are several options to sync time between a WM device and the rest of the world:
1.) Active Sync (Built in, you found it already).
2.) GSM network (Settings > Time& Alarm > Date&Time > Automatic Timezone)
3.) a 3.rd party app that may connect via internet to a time-server

Any of the above rely on that you have set the timezone correctly on your device. Sometimes option 2.) should be switched off as some network operators are not setting their network timezone correctly.

I had a time problem with my phone calendar when I connected it to my computer. Make sure both devices are set to the same timezone.
For example: if you live in Timbuktu, make sure the phone timezone and computer timezones are both set to Timbuktu.
