Sure, there is a sticky [UPG]Diamond CID/Security/SIM Unlocker (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=414835) topic at the top of this forum.

Oh, and you can also have a look at this amazing search website I recently discovered. It's called Google. Just enter some keywords (http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&q=unlock+diamond&meta=) and don't be surprised if you'll find what you're looking for ;)
