No sound on Wizard [Archive]

Hi

Theres absolutely no sound at all coming from my wizards speakers when they are turned on to full volume. Also when I try to receive or make a call I also have no sound on there either. Is this a hardware fault or a software issue (I'm running CRACING's WM6.5 RC1)?

soft reset about 20 times and plugging in my headphones
