download some registry editing software and browse to hklm>software>htc>touchflo
then i think the cube is called biotouch although i cant be sure. if you change the hex value in that (or something that sounds more likely to be it) to 0 it should disable it. I can't test as I don't have the cube.

Now, it's simple. You need to install this: Advanced Configuration Tools 3.3 (http://www.touchxperience.com/en/advanced-configuration-tool.html) (Freeware).
To work, this aplication needs NET Compact Framework 3.5 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E3821449-3C6B-42F1-9FD9-0041345B3385&displaylang=en).

Open this aplication and search in the menu: "HTC Touch Flo">"Cube: Enabled" and change it to "Cube: Disabled" then press "Done" and soft-reset.
It works: simple and elegant. :)
