I SuperCID and installed new roms in my 8525 a few times. I just bought a 3125 StarTrek and was going to install [STD_V9c] WM6.1 Build 5.2.21040 AKU 1.6.0 by Erofich. He recommends to do the SuperCID. When I read the sticky it seems so different than what I had to do with the 8525 that I am really lost. I have to go into the registry and then use all the different programs to get this done? Then there is others that say they did nothing to their phones and just upgraded and it was fine. I'm so confused. This phone is sim unlocked and I did do the SDA_ApplicationUnlock (this said it was fine and to reboot but I really didn't see it doing anything with the phone). I also already have the latest rom from Cingular already on this phone when I bought it.
Can some kind soul please link me with what exactly I should do? The SuperCID really has me stumped.
