help reconstructing rew files

i wanted to backup my rom and information on my diamond before i shiped it back to orange for repairing...
so i dump the files got the all 00 to 03 raw and the bootloader.

and i want to make it a flashable file but i just didnt understand how to do it with the kaiser kitchen tool and the Surface Kitchen and the diamond kitchen tool...
every time i got the same error about the recmod.exe that keep on crashing on me.

if some one can explain to me how to reconstructing it step by step it will be great.
and there is way to make it a flashable row with all my contact , sms, programs, etc...?

instead of that use spb clone..

after you get your diamond from repair it's allways with their rom...
or you get a new device..so i need to do the all process again of flashing...

10 milion rom around here and no one can tell me how to make it flashable?
