USB is only charging, it's not connecting to my pc

Hi there, I think my Qtek 8500's usb slot is failed, it only charges itself. I wanna flash it back to an official rom but I can't connect with ActiveSync, so can't do that. is there any way to flash startrek without usb connection?

U can: -try factory reset (i don't think it's cable problem)
-try reinstall activesync driver(or try wm5torage to test the cable)
-or flash with mirco sd card.. search in the forum

nope usb slot is completely fucked up, AC charger doesn't even work :D
