How do i change skin or theme of my htc diamond???

I have been trying for MONTHS to try to find a way to change the whole look or skin or theme of my diamond. now i can change the color of the title bar and talk bar and stuff like that i just wanna know how to download straight to my phone a whole new skin or look for my diamond??? i always download one and it says "sorry an unexpected error has occured please restart app or choose quit... AHHH! it drives me crazy! please help!! :confused:
